Clone a contract

This is a feature in Cimpl that will help you speed up your contract management tasks.

1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Service Contracts.
2. Select the service contract you want to clone. The service contract record opens.
3. Click Clone Contract.

4. Enter a New Name.

   Tip: To have a unique name use the provider’s contract name as well as the service type and its cost. Example: Corporate plan – iPhone @25.00, Corporate plan – Smart Phone @25.00.

5. If applicable, select a Service Type and Provider.
6. Click Apply.

Note: A cloned item will include only the name and monthly pricing in its information fields to avoid option incompatibility.
